The professional electric crepe maker CSE 350 features a Ø350 mm enamelled cast-iron plate for efficient and uniform cooking. Its enamelled surface eliminates the need for lengthy seasoning procedures, allowing instant use right from the first batch. The perfectly smooth plate ensures excellent heat transfer and true contact cooking for consistent and even results. Equipped with integrated Incoloy spiral heating elements and dual thermostatic controls, the CSE 350 provides stable, precise temperature regulation from 0°C to 300°C.

Light greasing between baking cycles is enough to produce evenly golden, soft, and honeycombed crepes without glazing or caramelization. Compact and versatile, the CSE 350 is suitable for both commercial kitchens and mobile food service setups. It is ideal not only for traditional crepes and buckwheat pancakes but also for chapatis, tampuras, blinis, fried eggs, grilled meats, vegetables, and even Peking duck preparation. Features include two spiral heating elements, dual commutator thermostats (0–300°C), pilot lights, and a wooden “T” spreader for even batter distribution.
