Description
The proofer EP 800 is a heating chamber to make the dough rise in 2 hours at 29°C. The steam injection is automatically preset in time and in quantity.
The bakery ovens FC 100 EG and FC 110 E can be fixed on the stainless steel proofer for a bakery station with minimum space!
Features
on / off switch, electronic thermostat, filling solenoid valves, pilot light, push button for steam injection, stainless steel water collection tank. Oven mounted on 4 wheels with brake system. Delivered without grid.
